Mary and The Monster

A multi-user XR experience that brings to life the origin story of Frankenstein through the eyes of a young Mary Shelley. MATM was produced in partnership with the NYU Future Reality Lab, with support from Magic Leap.

In 2019, after being a PA on set, I was brought on to do Avatar Design and Development. As MATM and my role at Parallux evolved, I worked on the design and development of:

  • UI / UX

  • Mechanics

  • Environments

  • Ports to Mobile AR, Quest, & Magic Leap

  • FX

  • Lighting

  • Sequencing Animation, FX, and Cameras

  • Motion Capture Data Cleanup
