Zohran's Run

Technical Artist

A game inspired by Zohran Mamdani's historic campaign and June 20th walk across the length of Manhattan, from Inwood Hill to Battery Park. Designed to raise awareness and engage voters leading up to the NY mayoral election.

 

Developed by artists, game designers, engineers, and writers who volunteered months of work to bring this parody of NYC to life.

I was "an incredible creative collaborator and our single Technical Artist who didn’t just implement basically every Art asset into the game, but also produced a ton of them!", according to Game Designer Adriano. The Main Menu and HQ Hub are among my favorite contributions, along with Gerrie the pigeon, the outro cutscene, and much more. The media to the right shows my iterative prototyping process. It was an honor and a joy collaborating with everyone on this team.
